SECTION 01 / PAIN → RELIEF Pain → Relief

The admin work, gone.

The three things every independent coach we talked to was already doing badly — because the tools didn't exist.

Before

12 Messenger threads, 4 group chats, 2 GCash screenshots from last week you still haven't logged.

After

One unified inbox per client. Bookings and session notes attached to the conversation.

Before

A Google Sheet with 40 client names, levels half-remembered, and three columns that haven't been updated since March.

After

A real client roster with session history, recap notes, and level progress — auto-updated after every booking.

Before

Chasing GCash payments three days after the session. "Coach, sorry, GPay na lang? Wala kasing balance."

After

Your rate is public on your profile, agreed before the slot is booked, and every session sits on the booking record — no relitigating what was owed three days later.

SECTION 02 / WHAT YOU GET What you get

Built around the way you actually coach.

Every feature here came out of conversations with coaches running drills on courts across the Philippines. We built the thing you've been duct-taping out of three apps.

TOOL 01 · SMART CALENDAR

Manage your bookings like a boss.

Set your hours once. Students see exactly what's open and tap the slot they want — no "Coach, available ka Saturday 4pm?" five times a day, no double-bookings, no forgotten reschedules buried in a group chat. On your open weekly schedule, the time they tap is held for them. On the specific dates you set yourself, and on clinic dates, the spot is held for them the moment they book. Turn on Instant Book to confirm new bookings with picked times straight away.

  • Drag-to-set weekly availability — done in 90 seconds
  • Your set dates and clinics are held for the player the moment they book.
  • Cancel & reschedule rules you set — enforced in-app, not in DMs
  • One-tap block-out for tournaments, weather, or sick days
  • Same calendar on your phone, the web, and your students' app

TOOL 02 · CLIENT ROSTER

Every client. Every session. One screen.

Stop trying to remember who's working on what. A persistent roster with session history, recap notes, and progress markers — visible to you, private from everyone else.

  • Recap notes auto-attached to each session
  • Goal tracking and level milestones per client
  • Quick rebook from the client card — one tap
  • Export anytime — your data is yours

TOOL 03 · DISCOVERY FEED

New students find you while they're looking.

Kalaroo's home feed surfaces local coaches to every player searching for partners. Verified profiles appear higher. Coach Pro gets featured placement near new players in your area.

  • Geo-prioritized — your students are nearby
  • Verified badge raises your feed weight
  • Featured placement for Coach Pro
  • Profile views & conversion tracked

04 · Verified profile

A public profile worth linking from your IG bio

Verified credentials, transparent pricing, a session calendar, and reviews from real students — not curated testimonials. One link, all the proof someone needs to book.

Verified badge Custom URL — /coach/your-name
05 · Session formats

1-on-1, recurring, clinics — priced your way

Build the session types you actually run. Different rates for 1-on-1, recurring and clinic formats, seat caps on every clinic, and a live calendar that will not double-book you.

06 · Analytics

See what's actually working

Booking patterns, repeat-rate by client, sessions by format, and a favorites feed of the students most likely to rebook. Numbers that tell you where to spend your time.

SECTION 04 / VERIFICATION Verification

Verification protects you, not just the students.

The verified badge is optional — community coaches can list without it — but it's what tells a new student you're not a scammer with a stolen profile photo, and it's what stops anyone else showing up under your name. Apply once, and a human reviews your credentials before it goes live.

Step 01

Submit credentials

Government ID, coaching certification, and any governing-body registration.

Step 02

Reviewed by hand

Our team checks every application by hand. We'll message you on the app if anything's missing — no opaque rejection emails.

Step 03

Green check goes live

Verified badge appears next to your name everywhere on the platform. Every session you teach builds public reviews tied to that badge.

FAQ

Coach questions, answered.

The stuff coaches actually ask in the first DM. Read these before you apply.

No — students pay you directly. Kalaroo handles the discovery, scheduling, roster, and reviews; the payment for the session is between you and the student (GCash, bank transfer, cash — whatever you arrange). No platform-side payout flow, no waiting on us to settle. You set the rate on your profile so students know what to expect; what they actually pay you is between the two of you.

No. Coach Pro is a flat subscription — that's all Kalaroo charges you. We don't take a per-booking commission. What students pay you is what you keep, every session, every time.

Keep them. Invite existing clients to your roster — they sign up with a free Kalaroo account, and their session history and notes live in your roster the same way new clients do. Kalaroo doesn't take a cut of any bookings (imported or new), so bringing your existing book over costs you nothing.

Tennis, pickleball, padel, badminton, squash, and table tennis at launch in the Philippines.

It varies — we review every application by hand, so clean ones (ID, certification, and a coaching photo all clear) move fastest; the slowest are missing certs we have to confirm with the issuing body. We don't rush credential checks, but you'll see status updates in-app and we'll message you directly if anything needs to be re-uploaded.

Yes. Pause mode hides you from the discovery feed and disables new bookings, but keeps your roster, history, and reviews intact. Existing recurring clients can still book against your private link. Pause for up to 6 months without losing your Founder status, badge, or price lock — just flip it back on when you're ready.

You do. Export your entire roster — names, contact, session history, notes — to CSV anytime, no questions. If you ever leave Kalaroo, the data goes with you. Students' personal info stays governed by their own privacy settings; you see what they've shared with you, same as any messaging app.
