Refunds & Cancellations

The short version. Every paid Kalaroo plan is fully refundable for 14 days, no questions asked. You can cancel yourself at any time, in one click, without emailing us for permission. Refunds reach your original payment method within 10 business days.

This page is a plain-English summary. The binding terms are §5–§8 and §15 of the Terms of Service; where this page and the Terms differ, the Terms govern.

01What a subscription pays for

A Kalaroo subscription buys access to software features in the Kalaroo app and website — the partner feed, coach and ball-machine listings, booking and calendar tools, and the tier-specific features shown on the Plans page. That subscription is the only thing Kalaroo charges anyone for.

It does not pay for coaching sessions or ball-machine rentals. Kalaroo does not process, collect, hold, or disburse payments between users, and takes no commission or platform fee on them. Money for a session or a rental is arranged and settled directly between the two people involved, outside the platform (§15 of the Terms).

So the refund policy on this page covers your subscription. A disagreement with a coach or a machine owner about a session is not a payment we hold or can reverse — support@kalaroosports.com will help mediate it, but the money never passed through us.

02The 14-day refund

You may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial purchase, no questions asked. You do not have to give a reason, and we will not ask you to sit through a retention offer.

It applies to every paid plan — monthly, annual, all three Early Access sale tiers, and Lifetime.

03After 14 days

• Subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period, but you can cancel auto-renewal at any time and you keep paid access until that period ends. You are never charged again after cancelling.
• Lifetime is non-refundable after 14 days, because there is no future renewal to cancel — the access is permanent.

If a renewal payment fails, we retry it and email you. After 14 days of failed renewal the account drops to the free tier rather than accruing a debt (§5 of the Terms).

04How to cancel

Go to Account → Subscription → Cancel. One click opens the secure billing portal of our payment provider, where you confirm it yourself. No phone call, no chat agent, no emailing us for permission.

Paid access continues to the end of the billing period you have already paid for, then the account moves to the free tier automatically. Your data is not deleted by cancelling.

One thing worth knowing before you cancel: if you hold an Early Access discount lock, cancelling forfeits it. Resubscribing later is at the regular price for new buyers (§8 of the Terms).

05Bought in the app?

If you subscribed inside the Kalaroo iPhone or Android app, that subscription is billed through Apple or Google rather than our own checkout. It is handled in your app store account, which means cancellations and refunds go through them, not here on the website.

Open Account → Subscription in the app and it will tell you which store you are on and take you to the right place. The same 14-day spirit applies: if you are inside the window and Apple or Google gives you any trouble, email support@kalaroosports.com and we will help you make the request and follow it up with you.

06How to request a refund

Email support@kalaroosports.com from the email address on the account, with “Refund request” in the subject line. That is the whole process.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method and are processed within 10 business days of the request. How quickly the money then appears is up to your bank or card issuer.
